Delta Hotels NB Tourism Industry Ambassador Award

This award honors an individual exemplifying professionalism, dedication, and exceptional service within the tourism industry in New Brunswick. It recognizes those who represent the highest standards of excellence and hospitality.

Nominees must:

• Be an active tourism industry professional with direct customer or visitor engagement experience.
• Demonstrate outstanding service, dedication, and a positive attitude in their role.
• Show a consistent history of going above and beyond to enhance the visitor experience.
• Be recognized by colleagues, clients, or community members for their professionalism and leadership.
• Contribute to fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and memorable environment for visitors.
• Have been actively involved in the industry for a minimum of one year (or as specified).
• Be committed to promoting tourism in New Brunswick and upholding the sector’s values.

Each nomination package must include:

1. A completed nomination form.
2. A written statement (max 750 words) detailing the project or organization’s initiatives, impacts, and innovative aspects.
3. Supporting documents (e.g., analytics reports, visuals, links to campaigns, testimonials).
4. Optional: 1–2 letters of support from industry partners or clients.
