Small Festival & Event Award (Presented By Explore NB)

This award honors a small festival or event (with a budget less than $150,000) that exemplifies industry best practices in all aspects of its operation. It recognizes events that deliver memorable visitor experiences, inspire repeat visits, and positively contribute to the tourism sector in New Brunswick.

Nominees must:

• Be a festival or event with a total budget under $150,000.
• Demonstrate excellence in event planning, execution, and visitor experience.
• Showcase innovative approaches to operations, marketing, or programming.
• Contribute to local community engagement and economic impact.
• Leave visitors with a desire to return to New Brunswick.

Each nomination package must include:

1. A completed nomination form.
2. A written summary (max 750 words) describing the event and how it meets the criterias for this award.
3. Supporting documents (e.g., analytics reports, visuals, links to campaigns, testimonials).
4. Optional: 1–2 letters of support from industry partners or clients.
