Award Overview
This award recognizes a New Brunswick business, organization or initiative demonstrating excellence, leadership, and innovation in the food, drink, and/or agritourism sectors. It celebrates efforts that enhance the province’s culinary reputation, promote local food and beverage products, and provide unique food experiences for visitors showcasing authentic taste of place.

Eligibility Criteria:
Nominees must:
- Be Saveur NB members to be eligible(registration is free).
- Be a business, organization, or initiative offering a food tourism experience or involved in food, beverage, or agritourism within New Brunswick.
- Demonstrate leadership and innovation in creating memorable food and drink experiences.
- Contribute to the promotion and growth of the local food and beverage industry.
- Showcase authentic taste of place and high-quality culinary or farm-to-table experiences.
- Demonstrate positive community, economic, and sustainability impacts through their food tourism initiatives.
Judging Criteria:
- Innovation and Leadership in Food & Beverage Experience
- Impact on Local Food & Agritourism Sector
- Visitor Engagement & Satisfaction
- Contribution to Community and Regional Development
- Strong partnerships with local food and beverage producers
- Promotion of New Brunswick as a food tourism destination
Nomination Requirements:
Each nomination package must include:
- A completed nomination form.
- A written summary (max 750 words) describing the food tourism initiatives, its outcomes, and its impacts.
- Supporting documents such as:
- Links to websites, event webpages, online campaigns
- Sample menu or food offerings
- List of food and beverage suppliers
- Photos of the experience or event
- Guest survey reports or feedback - 1–2 letters of support from food or beverage suppliers, initiative partners or guests/clients.
